** Zombocom Tower, the tallest building in the city, is completed
** The Ring of Kefir's completion becomes a symbol of architectural prowess

*2024
** The Ghastfire Skyshield Air Defense System is installed and activated, with 12 platforms installed around the city
** The Order of the Orange Flame, an ancient sandstone temple complex perched on Skylan Mountain, opens its doors to outsiders for the first time.
** Major developments transform the Aboite neighborhood into an urban landscape. The changes include a major extension of Tier 3 in the form of the Aboite Skyway, the addition of 4 towering skyscrapers, and a new subterranean area between LIKEA and Top Golf, known as Lower Aboite.
** A massive new cave system is discovered beneath the city, primarily around Aeolus Remnants, Aboite, and Pennsy. The system is quickly divided into new developments: Kier, Gonda Hall, Corea Cavern, and Molfsee, each with their own unique purpose and styles.

*2025
** The Molfline opens to the public. The winding cart path, developed by the Molfline Tours company, takes riders on an dizzying journey through several parts of the city
** Not to be outdone by their ancient Orange Flame rivals, the Obsidian Order expands their compound around and beneath their Bakajin Tribunal and begins offering limited outdoor tours to outsiders (though the interiors of the ancient towers remain off limits).
** The Jefferies Tube System is opened. This underground network of tunnels interlinks all "Coppertop" towers in the city and provides rapid access to various districts. The network is restricted to Coppertop residents and employees only - one of the many perks of living in these iconic buildings.
**Nearly all roads paved with smooth stone — primarily found in the city’s oldest neighborhoods such as Summit and Olde Orangetown — were replaced with new deepslate asphalt. The updated material is stronger, more weather resistant, and eliminates the slippery conditions often reported with smooth stone when wet. The change from the light-colored smooth stone to the much darker deepslate created a dramatic visual shift across historic districts, marking one of the most noticeable alterations to the city’s streetscape in decades.
** A disastrous summer for the Brahmin Beach neighborhood sees two major events collide. First, a mysterious chemical leak — widely suspected to originate from the Jimmy Nuclear Power Plant — denatures nearly all vegetation, leaving lawns and trees barren despite repeated remediation efforts. Soon after, catastrophic flooding hits the city, with lower Brahmin Beach suffering the most severe damage. In response, the city undertakes its most ambitious flood-control project to date: massive storm sewers and spillways are added across the entire canal and river network, while lower Brahmin Beach is transformed into a vast spillway system. Entire yards are excavated down 5–6 meters, converting ground-level streets and homes into elevated islands above the new flood channel. As part of the same initiative, the new flood control barrier was installed in the wealthy Homestead neighborhood, along Shai River. Several homes were relocated to make way for the project, opening up land that is now the site of Dr. Bronner's City Park. The park features tennis courts, basketball facilities, swings, trampolines, slides, and a jungle gym, turning a disaster-initiated clearance into one of the city's most vibrant community spaces.
