Hibiscus was founded in the 1820s by intrepid Enpeecee explorers who ventured into the uncharted territory of the southeast. This region was largely unexplored, and the establishment of Hibiscus marked the beginning of the village's intriguing history. As the Enpeecee explorers settled in this remote location, they began to build a close-knit community based on shared values and a deep love for music.

In 2022, Hibiscus faced a growing threat from the expansionist ambitions of various nations. The fascist nation of Zhensk and its hordes of orcs were attempting to seize small native villages like Hibiscus for territorial gain and exploitation. In response to this danger, Hibiscus, along with two other villages, Beef Stew and Lanolin, made a crucial decision to seek protection under the nation-state of New Orange City.

New Orange offered Hibiscus and its fellow villages a sanctuary from the looming threat of Zhensk. The villagers opted to become dependencies of New Orange in a bid to safeguard their unique culture, peaceful way of life, and independence.

However, history took an unexpected turn in 2022. The fascist nation of Zhensk, which had posed a significant threat to Hibiscus and its neighboring villages, tore itself apart and collapsed. This sudden turn of events raised questions about the continued need for New Orange's protection.
