Summit owes much of its growth to its strategic location. Positioned above the densely populated Lusus neighborhood, with direct access to the canal system and the Budapest river, Summit has become a central point for transportation and commerce. The district is interconnected with several rail lines, including the Dulcia, Quintus, Omegaloop, and Hyperloop, facilitating easy movement within the city.

Summit is east of Olde Orangetown, south of Saturn Valley, west of Little Beauregard and the town of Budapest, and north of Brahmin Beach.

Historical Significance

The name "Summit" traces its origins to a time when the area marked the highest point of the canal and lock system in Oranjestad. Over the years, Summit has evolved from its historical roots into a bustling urban center, embracing modernity while preserving elements of its past.

Bayraktar Offices - A large office building built off of Tier 3 and situated directly above the Valley View Hyperloop and Omegaloop stations, Bayraktar Offices stand as a prominent feature in the neighborhood's skyline.

The Orange Federal Building - This complex is made up of three separate buildings, with the House of Representatives chamber and the Senate chamber appearing as large dome-shaped structures built upon large pillars. Connected via skybridges back to a core central tower, the complex is built upon Tier 3 and extends to Tier 4. The buildings are famous for its polished white quartz exteriors.

Presto Tower - A residential tower based on Tier 3, modeled after the Federal Building quartz designs. The building features 11 luxury units and has a connection to Tier 5.

Barbelo Prime - This tower is based on Tier 4 and features a luxury clothing store on the first floor, with corporate offices and textile manufacturing facilities on the upper floors. The tower has 11 stories in total and is integrated into Tier 5 pathways.

Zombocom Tower - Zombocom Tower, the tallest structure in New Orange City, boasts foundations on Tier 4 and strategic connections to Tier 5. Its imposing presence dominates the skyline with a black and white exterior, red-tinted windows, and a multi-colored glass spire reminiscent of a lighthouse beacon. Home to the Zombocom Corporation, it proudly declares, "You can do anything at Zombocom."

Bluth Banana Stand - Nestled on the Tier 4 plaza, the Bluth Banana Stand offers frozen banana treats to customers. It is the 4th (of five) Bluth Banana Stands in the city.

Oranje Waterworks - Built on Tier 4, Oranje Waterworks Tower serves as the hub for the utility service's offices and testing facilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of the New Orange City water supply.

Gorlami Condo Tower - Standing proudly on Tier 4 with Tier 5 connections, Gorlami Condo Tower introduces 13 middle-class condos, providing comfortable and stylish living spaces.

The Garol - Situated on Tier 4, The Garol stands as an epitome of luxury, offering four opulent apartments for those seeking refined living spaces.

Sandy May Textile Corporation - A dedicated manufacturing facility with a connection off of Tier 2, situated directly above the Hyperion Hive of Lusus.

Squeakeasy Park - Nestled beneath Sandy May Textile Corporation and along the canal system, Squeakeasy Park provides a green retreat for residents to enjoy nature's tranquility.

Fidelio's Broth Shop - An 'adult services' establishment for those aged 21 and older, Fidelio's Broth Shop is conveniently located just below Tier 1 along the descending stairs of the Hyperion Gateway with access to Lusus. Fidelio's offers 16 private rooms.

Lord Nebbers' Private Residence - Directly beneath The Lady Alice and Brockstone Building, Lord Nebbers' Private Residence offers a discreet and prestigious dwelling for the ruler of the nation.

Kiefer Lightpark - Located on Tier 3, Kiefer Lightpark features a multicolored glass-bottomed plaza just outside The Thirsty Camel, providing a visually stunning and vibrant space for relaxation.

Chumbawumba Juice Bar - Positioned on Tier 3, just outside EscherXL Mall, Chumbawumba Juice Bar invites residents and visitors to indulge in refreshing beverages in a lively and welcoming atmosphere

Transportation

Summit is serviced by all five road tiers and has direct access to Skylan Expressway. It is crossed by four separate rail lines (Dulcia, Quintus, Omegaloop, and Hyperloop), and has stations on Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and inside the Monotoli Building near Tier 5. Summit sits directly above Lusus and many of the buildings have direct subterranean access. The area is also bordered by the core canals of New Orange City.
