Zenophalia

Zenophalia is a country at the western border of the Shire, west of Oranje en Purpur and north of Terumbu Nagaram. It was built by SlinkyCoder9629/Epislinki, with temporary adoption by Zalidia around August-September 2025.
Geography and structure
Zenophalia is fully situated in a savanna biome, with steep mountains to the west. Its architecture is defined as medieval-style. There are several recognized regions under Zenophalian jurisdiction: Uenophalia, Phinius Beach, Pagel, Oslem, and Grek Island.
Uenophalia
Uenophalia is the south-central region of Zenophalia. Its architecture is known for its cobblestone walls and spruce roofs. Some of Zenophalia's landmarks are located here. One of those is Church of Garcia III, the first Zenophalian building. The church was made by Epislinki with the help of Nebbers and Chthonia. Another is the Zeno-Terumbu Friendship Bridge, also known as Hiasan Bridge. The region serves as a central hub of the country, with the presence of the STA-registered Zenophalia Station, as well as '/warp zeno', right in front of the Zenophalian Notice Board. The current jurisdiction of Uenophalia also includes Iodine Port to the east.

Phinius Beach
Phinius Beach is the northcentral (slightly to the east) region of Zenophalia, at the intersection of Uenophalia, Pagel, and Grek Island. It is most notable for having Zenophalia Farm, an RSF track for the planned 2nd RSF Grand Prix.
Pagel
Pagel is the northwestern region of Zenophalia, most notable for its houses made with acacia materials. In the past, it was named New Pagel to distinguish it from the historic, Zenophalia-occupied Old Pagel. At the time, New Pagel was defined as a village in the constituency of Zenophalia, but not part of its territory. Epislinki mentioned that this was enacted to give Pageleans more constitutional power. With Zalidia's rule, the region was named Pagel and fully reintegrated into Zenophalia.
Oslem
Oslem is the southwestern region of Zenophalia, best known for its steep mountains, typical of steep savanna biome. Its northernmost mountain is the most notable of Oslem mountains due to its large-scale waterfalls.
Grek Island
Grek Island is situated to the northeast, with a road that connects to Phinius Beach. The region only has a house.
Yabusame
Yabusame is the northeastern region of Zenophalia. The region is named after Alice Yabusame, a character from the Japanese indie visual novel, "Your Turn to Die". The region is densely packed with houses and has no road to other Zenophalian regions or other builds.
Transportation
The country owns Zenophalia Station, registered within STA as a part of West Shire Rail, with a route to Terumbu Nagaram Central Station. However, both stations are not connected to the rest of STA railway system. Several efforts have been made to obtain railway construction from STA to close this gap, but none have been successful.
Zenophalia also constructed its own metro system, called Zentro. During Epislinki's rule, the system had multiple scattered stations and intertwined routes in all its territories, with some having two stations. Under Zalidia's adoption, most of these stations are rendered obsolete, except three: Oslem, Zenophalia, and Pagel.
History

Zenophalia was created in 1684 in the current region of Uenophalia, according to a brief mention by Epislinki. A separate record mentioned the existence of a historical event in 1806, but the specific event was not documented. Decades later, Zenophalia experienced The War of 1845, where it "had a war against itself." Later in 1867, Zenophalia annexed Oslem as one of its regions. Epislinki was the Mayor of Zenophalia, but did not finish mayoral duties through a departure in February 2025. This led to Zalidia submitting a request to adopt the country.
Temporary adoption by Zalidia
Zalidia eventually adopted the country in August 2025 through an agreement with Nebbers, representing Adopt-A-Project NGO. Zalidia appointed and supervised therealFireHydra to conduct a total overhaul over the local railway system, cutting the number of stations to just three. However, Epislinki returned to the country in October 2025, and the executive power and owership of the country presumably returned to him. Zalidia's executive status has since been unclear, but the two maintain a cordial relationship.
Cardinal direction changes
Zenophalia previously used a different system of cardinal directions, with directions rotated 90° counterclockwise from standard compass points. With Zalidia's administration, this system is no longer in effect.
Economy
There are a few companies with locations in Zenophalia, including:
- Cafe Zeno, which has four locations in different towns and villages.
- Kebober, which operates a restaurant here.
- Hay's Falafels, which also has a restaurant here.
- FridayFunLand, which maintains a travel office.
- Kiwimango Co, which has two buildings.
- Plushie Gift Shop, which operates a small shop.
- Zal Industries, which once had a mansion with 3 services included in their Small Towns Support initiative. However, due to the incompetence of Topaz Jasp, this was ended.
Government
Epislinki holds executive power as Mayor of Zenophalia. This rule was temporarily suspended in August-September 2025 as Zalidia presumptively held executive power at the time. Alongside executive rule, Zenophalia has two legislative councils, The Major Council and The Minor Council, which are elected by the ruling party.
The Major Council
The primary legislative body of Zenophalian government, consisting of:
- Yeratie Smodsi (Spokesperson)
- Iysawa Kionat
- Terante Trienta
- Uytre Yurat
- Lucy Opal
- Rita Yuta
- Paul Isia
- Tyreh Rausi
- Yasre Lopia
- Greg Bingle (former member)
The Minor Council
A smaller council responsible for resolving ties in the The Major Council, consisting of:
- Mips Ytre
- Timothy Portam
- Winnie Smith
- James Bingle (former member)
- Topaz Jasp (former member)
International relations
Historical records mention Zenophalia's relationship with at least two other states: Terumbu Nagaram and Fox Valley. The relationships have fluctuated due to factors such as bilateral cooperation, as well as territorial and commodity disputes.
Terumbu Nagaram

The relationship between Zenophalia and Terumbu Nagaram has been marked by ups and downs. Terumbu Nagaram built the Zeno-Terumbu Friendship Bridge and hosted a Zenophalian embassy. Both countries are members of the Iustitia Alliance. However, according to Zalidia, the countries went through border disputes as many as four. A recorded dispute was settled in Iustitia Alliance Court on February 26th, 2023. The case involved a disagreement over land stretching from the bay between the two countries to the swamp southwest of present-day Terumbu Nagaram. Zenophalia referred to the disputed area as Oganesson. The case was won by Terumbu Nagaram, with a final ruling that designated the bay as the territorial border. Zenophalia was represented by Spokesperson Yeratie Smodsi, while Terumbu Nagaram was represented by Alexander T. Torney of LawCo.
Fox Valley
Zenophalia and Fox Valley previously experienced tension due to the smuggling of fox meat into Zenophalia. This prompted the Zenophalian government to ban fox meat and execute a crackdown on the fox meat smuggling operations by Topaz Jasp, James Bingle and Greg Bingle. The three were subsequently dismissed from their Council positions and imprisoned.

Zenophalia was, gameplay-wise, established on January 6th, 2023, announced through a Shire Forum post by Epislinki (then SlinkyCoder9629) with a picture of the Church of Garcia III. As of September 2025, WorldGuard registered SlinkyCoder9629/Epislinki as an owner, while other fifteen usernames (outside of duplicates), including Zalidia, are registered as members.
