The Shire United Nations, also known as SUN, is a perpetual WIP that started in late 2015. We think. We don't know. It's been under construction so long that sometimes we forget it even exists. Either way, cities, towns, empires, kingdoms etc... they can all join and be a part of SUN even though there is no real rhyme or reason to it.
Will update when we figure out what SUN is for.
