Saguaria is an island town led by Divine Baron pc1894, situated in southern Cactus County desert region. Saguaria is most known as Duncan Followell's hometown, whose voyage would inspire the Duncan Quest.
Geography
Saguaria is built upon two desert islands; the smaller island is home to the Saguaria Palace, while the rest of the town is built on the bigger island. Saguaria neighbors Palustris to the south; the relocated Alpha Pyramid is around 300 blocks east of Saguaria.
Archeology
There are at least two archeological sites near Saguaria. One of the sites, the Alpha Pyramid, is accidentally created in November 2010; it is made by BPrieur near Spawn. On November 9th, 2017, Nebbers relocated it to its present location near Saguaria. Another site is an object of a Weasel News report regarding ancient archeological discoveries. The findings are reported to predate the Prehistoric era by 100,000 years, suggesting a possible Lost Era by an ancient lost race. Right after the findings, the site is under attack by the terrorist group Tidal Storm.
Structures

Saguaria is home to Saguaria Palace, the seat of Divine Baron pc1894. The town also inclodes The Duncan Parent's House, Saguaria Town Square, and Saguaria station. The station serves two STA lines: Empire Line and East Shire Transit, and features a Costa Copy Express. There is a big empty mosque-like building east of Saguaria's town square. Other builds include a visitor center and an empty hall/mansion with a swimming pool.
Saguaria Palace
The smaller island of Saguaria is home to Saguaria Palace, which connects to the rest of the town through a bridge. The palace consists of a main building, a smaller east-side building, and a west-side tower. Each building has a slim-shaped golden dome atop of them; both the main and east-side building has four levels.
The main building's entrance leads directly to the throne room. Its throne is labeled "The Divine Baron pc1894 of Saguaria" and has sixteen audience chairs in front of it. A dining hall is located within the same building level. Stairs are placed left to the main building entrance door. The second level has six more audience chairs and the Baron's Office. The third and fourth level is empty; the former gives access to the west floor, while the latter is not accessible by stairs.
The east building is accessible through the entrance door across the main building's entrance. There is also a bridge from the main's second floor, which leads to the Baron's bedroom on the east building's third floor.
Duncan's Parents House

Drew & Nancy1 Followell Residence, better known as Duncan's Parents House, is a place where the story of Duncan Followell's runaway journey started. The journey would later inspire the Vagrant Voyage Quest (or more known as the 'Duncan Quest'), started by Nebbers in January 2015. The house is situated west of Saguaria station.
The house's main level features a small entryway, a living room (with a prayer corner) and a bedroom. The entryway's wall shows Duncan's 5th grade painting and high school picture. The living room shows an abandoned state, along with sign messages showing Drew and Nancy's misery upon missing Duncan. On the floor, there are two skulls; these supposedly belong to Drew and Nancy, implied by an adjacent sign: "Duncan... We're sorry we couldn't wait any longer...". The prayer corner has an enchanting table, alongside signs counting days since Duncan had missed. The living room has stairs connecting to the roof, which connects to a storage room of Duncan's belongings. The bedroom has signs giving a clue to Duncan's first stop, a cavern near Saguaria.
Saguaria Town Square

Saguaria Town Square is home to a fountain structure, along with landscaping based on cactus, bamboo, and small trees. A red sandstone gazebo with seats is also present on the square. Buildings on the square's edges include a Costa Copy, an Ayu's Pub, a Mugs Coffee, a Sammich's House (labeled Sammich's Sexy Abode). The town's warp spot (/warp Saguaria) is situated on the square's corner.
Notes
1 Her name is disputed; the house entrance sign names her as Nancy, while The Shire forum's Duncan Quest post mentioned her name as Mary.
