Tato Ara Totuaka is a restaurant chain that originates from the island Totuaka (To'ufenua). It sells various To'ufenuan dishes and drinks, such as taro booze, ia ota, coconut milk, various fish salads, etc.
Zal Industries has shown interest in buying the company, but the current CEO does not want to sell the family business to some foreign company.
