A Hay's Falafels location.

Hay's Falafels (also known as "that falafel thing Hay does") is a Laurelian based, international chain of restaurants that features Northeast Shire style dishes.

History

The Hay's Falafels restaurants began as a single food cart in a Mediterranean themed Build Competition held in early 2015. Because Hay wanted to participate, but not actually make a serious entry, she made a Falafel food cart called "Hay's Falafels." A large, longhorn bull was built to "pull" the food cart and it was named "Wybabekemomoarha." For a small fee, Shirelings were invited to take selfies with the bull. Wybabekemomoarha is now proudly displayed at the Laurelian Museum of Modern Art.

The first locations of Hay's Falafels had all been food carts before expanding to become full-fledged restaurants across The Shire.

Management

Hay's Falafels remains owned and operated by its founder, Hay of Laurelian. There are no franchise opportunities and locations for Hay's Falafels remain solely at the discretion of Hay and Hay's Falafels Holdings. Any unauthorized locations of Hay's Falafels, or businesses using Hay's Falafels branding or menu, risk immediate deletion.
