UBIA CASE 02 "A Quest" (Partially solved)

The entirety of this quest is assigned to this case number. Currently, UBIA is trying to find all sites of this quest.
Notes
- All that is left of this are ruins, it is covered by a lavacast.
- Inside there is a chest with a book in it, presumably written by a traveler called 'vetous'. It reads: "I spent almost all of the remaining gold to get all the way here. There is a small city near here.. Fulfwotz I think it's called. Down in the crypts I dodged some traps and found the other part of the map. It looks like it's the Kibarran Desert... Some kind of statue. I guess I go there next. Onwards, I suppose..". The town nearby is indeed Fulfwotz. A map has been retrieved from the crypts the traveler is referring to, and is currently being kept in a storage unit for Case-02 to find out where this statue is.
- Down in the crypts there are signs that read "Libre Fortis Deos".
This case will be quite interesting to say the least.
Expedition West Shire (C2)
This expedition was an attempt at finding the statue on the map we retrieved from the crypts. It was an expedition to all deserts in west shire, but to no avail. Nothing of interest was found, and Expedition West Shire of Case 02 is considered to be a failure.
