Karya Kelana Incorporated (shortened as Karya Kelana Inc. or KK Inc.) is a Cactus County desert region-based company. Its main business is Shire Wiki documentation; the company also operates other business, such as realty agent. The company is created by *ParVeil13 (aka Par) in May 2025 CE.

Company vision

Karya Kelana Inc. strives to be a 'lore connector' and collaborate with citizens around the Shiredom. This is done through documenting regions and large builds that are previously not written in The Shire Wiki, while following its wiki disclaimer policy, as well as committing to various forms of collaborations, such as realty collaboration with Terumbu Nagaram National Realtor.

At its creation, the company defined three missions to achieve its 'lore connector' vision. The first was the mentioned focus on The Shire Wiki. The second was furnishing builds in other regions of The Shire. The third mission was creating buildings within Karya Kelana's HQ complex that are educational for Shire builders and/or lore-connected towards other regions as a sign of friendship. However, with Karya Kelana departing from interior services, these missions no longer define the company's missions strictly.

History and Development

Pre-operational

*ParVeil13 first 'transferred' to The Shire in March 2025 from the island of Java, Indonesia, ancestral Earth of humans. He got 'transferred' through a portal called "Gerbang Kelana" ('wandering gate' in Indonesian), which is situated in the middle of the current company's plaza. Upon his first journey around Cactus County, he is amazed by the vastness of the systems of STA Railway and warps, which made him travel further. These travels led him to Terumbu Nagaram in the far west, which amazed him for its very long history and common words with his own language back home. After contacts and a small collaboration with Terumbu's sovereign, Zalidia, they decided that an equal friendship is in the best interest of them both. At some point, *ParVeil13 returned to the Gerbang and intended to name the surrounding lands "Pashfi", short for *Parveil13's Showcase Field.

For some reason, other people from around ancestral Earth's Maritime Southeast Asia are also 'transferred' through the Gerbang Kelana. At some point, Par started meeting other Gerbang transferees, Priscilla Dela Cruz Magbanua and Maulid Riyadi Sudarmo, who also wandered through The Shire. Realizing their common identity as transferees, they created the Karya Kelana Incorporated in May 26th, 2025. Karya Kelana itself means 'wandering works' in Indonesian, depicting the company's frequent activities of 'wandering around The Shire'. Members of the company, whether they are Gerbang transferees or not, are collectively called "Kelanans"

2025

After announcing its establishment on Shire Discord Wiki, the company focused on its first program, the Cactus County Wiki Expedition. The program has created eight articles so far, which became a work portfolio that convinced others to collaborate with the company. To this date, four other articles have been created or significantly improved from these collaborations. The program also produced the Karya Kelana wiki disclaimer policy after a discussion with Hay.

Karya Kelana Inc. also worked and experimented on other projects. The first of such projects is renovating interiors in a corner of Beauregard hall, but it was unsuccessful due to insufficient build tools. Later, Zalidia offered the company to work on realty in Terumbu Nagaram. It led to the company's first realty project, where two buildings are sold so far. The project also gave way to the company's first overseas branch office, with its address on Jalan Damai, Terumbu Nagaram.

The company started establishing its Headquarters territory through gaining WorldGuard and STA station rights, as well as creating buildings: Casa Kelana, Graha Saudara, The Company Plaza, Sopo Godang Boto Sude, and Prahu Panggung Inn. Collaborations with Zalidia also created a Taiatea shop branch, as well as Terumbu Nagaram Special Envoy Building. To assert its identity, the company also created its own flag. Its design was inspired by the flag colors of the medieval, maritime Majapahit empire, as well as the company's global, Shire-wide aspirations.

Headquarters Complex

The Karya Kelana Headquarters Complex is situated along the Empire Line between Saguaria and Sultanate of Baba. The complex has three structures as of September 2025.

Structures on the Company Plaza

The Company Plaza

• The Company Plaza has the Gerbang Kelana on its center.
• Graha Saudara (Brotherhood Building) is made to celebrate the friendship between Karya Kelana and Terumbu Nagaram, and is styled with a mixed Temburan and Javanese style. The Graha also functions as a visitors' center and a gate to the HQ's STA station.
• Karya Kelana Inc. HQ STA Station, functional from September 5th 2025. Inspired by Balinese architecture, which is most apparent by its candi bentar (split gateway). The station serves the Empire Line.
• Casa Kelana (Company Headquarters Building) is a three-story (including attic) buliding, stylized with a Bahay na Bato-styled exterior, originally from the Philippines.

Structures on Bayanihan Avenue

Bayanihan Ave.

• Bayanihan Avenue stretches westward from The Company Plaza. The road is named after bayanihan, the Filipino term for communal spirit.
• Prahu Panggung Inn, a four-room inn for Karya Kelana guests and executives. Inspired by Indonesian stilt houses and traditional boats. Functional since September 5th 2025.
• Sopo Godang Boto Sude (wedding/multipurpose hall), a Batak-styled wedding hall with guidelines all over its pillars. Originally a Tyrule build by *ParVeil13, pasted to main by Nebbers on September 5th 2025. Exteriors are based on Terumbu Nagaram buildings (with permission by Zalidia), with colors based on Indonesian cakes.
• Taiatea Nui Karya Kelana Inc. HQ, a random-item shop chain of Totuaka origin. Its roof structure is based on Javanese multi-tiered roofs. Functional since September 7th 2025.
• Terumbu Nagaram Special Envoy Building, a building that oversees socio-cultural exchange between Terumbu Nagaram and Karya Kelana Inc.

Structures on Amihanan Road and Religio Road

• Amihanan Road, a road that serves as an access to intercity path roads. The road's name comes from the Cebuano term for "north", since the road goes northward from the Complex.
• Religio Road, a road that circles the Sopo Godang Boto Sude and hosts religious buildings.
• Amanamin Simultaneum Church (planned), a church that serves both Catholic Mass and Protestant Service on separate hours. Modelled after a mix of Baroque exteriors of Filipino churches and Batak Pakpak traditional roofs. The patron saint of the church's Catholic community is Saint Salvatore of Caffa.
• Shire Fraternity Mosque (Masjid Al-Ukhuwwat fi Al-Shayer), open to various Islamic denominations. The building is constructed based on Southeast Asian-style mosques and was funded by Shaykh Shabir Al-Babaluni, an Islamic scholar from Baba.
• Vihara Padma Dharma Laurelia (planned), a Buddhist temple; it also accommodates a separate Mathaanist congregation on separate hours.
