To'ufenua is a small overseas territory of the Arbemaisonnese Empire, even though Arbemaisonnes hardly has a military presence there. It is a part of the empire on paper, but in reality you might as well call it independent.

Islands

To'ufenua currently consists of just two islands, and only one is inhabited.

- Motu Oire (inhabited)
- Totuaka (inhabited)

Economy

To'ufenua used to be one of the poorest areas on the Shire, up until Motu Oire and the other Maumoturoas started emerging as economic powerhouses for the country. A plethora of companies can be found on these islands.
