Keitopia is a town situated in eastern Shire. It was made by Keikei15 and later worldguarded by Nebbers in March 2020.
Keitopia is located in a savanna island northeast of the Malesius subcontinent; the Cactus County Region is located north of the town. Keitopia is maritimely adjacent to other towns: Palustris is situated northeast, Willemstad is located south, and Saltworth is to the northwest.
There are seven empty office and apartment buildings in the town, most of those are high-rises. The tallest of the buildings is 85 blocks high and has 14 levels. Two vacant shops are also present in the town. A retaining wall is placed on the town's northeast; it is 16-blocks high and features a dead-end tunnel. Colorful banners hanged on iron bars are visible around Keitopia. The town is adjacent to Empire Line, but has no train station.
