Keitopia is located on a savanna island northeast of the Malesius subcontinent; the Cactus County Region is located north of the town. Keitopia is maritimely adjacent to other towns: Palustris is situated northeast, Willem Stad is located south, and Saltworth is to the northwest.

There are seven empty office and apartment buildings in the town; most of those are high-rises. The tallest of the buildings is 85 blocks high and has 14 levels. Two vacant shops are also present in the town. A retaining wall is placed on the town's northeast; it is 16 blocks high and features a dead-end tunnel.
