United Equos Empire

The Constitution of Equos

Equos, Kibarra, Seinto Kuraudo, Tamagoyaki and the commonwealth territories of Equos are bound by this constitution

Article 1: Name and Organization Section 1. The formal name of this empire shall be the United Equos Empire, hereafter referred to as Equos Section 2. Equos shal be governed by its lord Ayu Tsukimiya. Each state of Equos shall be governed by a governer who

               shall also serve as representative of that state in the Council. The Council shall be formed by a 		
               representative of each state and head of council shall be Lord Ayu Tsukimiya

Article 2: Membership Section 1. Each state of Equos are bounded by the following rules and regulations Section 2. A. Each state are to respect the Universal Human Rights Section 3. B. Each state are to maintain an environment of peace and prosperity to the citizens of its state.

               Prosperity defined as equal opportunity for all to achieve economic independence and comfortable standard 		
               of living.

C. Each state are free to select its own governer as long as it does not interfere with the equal rights

               of its citizen. If no policy are in place for selection of its governer, the Council shall establish 		
               policy for state

D. Lord Ayu and the Council has final say over affairs pertaining within the state.

Article 3: Rights of State Section 1. Each state of Equos have the following rights Section 2. A. The rights to be represented in the Council by its governor B. The rights to govern the people of its state as long as it does not breach this constitution nor does

               it breach the Universal Human Rights

Article 4: The Council Section 1. The Council shall consist of representatives of each state of Equos and each commonwealth territory of

               Equos

Section 2. The purpose of the Council will be to establish laws to benefit the States and Territories of Equos. Section 3. Laws shall be established upon majority votes unless otherwise specified upon presenation of law. In the

               case of ties, Lord Tsukimiya shall have the final say.

Section 4. Lord Tsukimiya has the power to veto any laws presented and/or established. In such case, the law may be

               rewritten and represented for voting
