Tyrule Decontamination Association
History
Formally known as the Tyro Cleanup Association (TCA), the program was created by Colepuck and TazmanianDevil in early 2012. The TCA was tasked with cleaning out old and uncompleted Tyro builds in the former Tyro region. Leadership was removed from Cole and Taz when they became inactive on The Shire and was passed to Lord Drekar and SlyyPenguin, later accompanied by Mtbrgeek. The program's history after the leadership change was lost in the 'not so great fire of I made it up'. The program known as the TCA had become obsolete with the creation of a new name for Tyros, now known as Tyrules, along with the Tyrule world's creation, therefore June 1st 2015, Cole reclaimed his seat of leadership and rebranded the Agency as the Tyrule Decontamination Association.
Guidelines for Plot Removal
- If a plot remains uncompleted for more than a 60 days with the creator vacant from The Shire, the plot will be Decontaminated.
EXCEPTION: If arrangements with with a TDA representative or a staff member, they are exempt from this rule.
- If the creator has completed their build and has failed to receive a copy in the Mainland, the plot will be Decontaminated within 30 days.
- If profanities or other vulgarities are built within a plot, that plot will either be Decontaminated on site, or brought to the attention of an online Staff member.
- If the creator of a plot has been banned, that plot will be Decontaminated on site.
Removal Appeal Process
If a TDA removal warning has been placed on your plot and has been done wrongly, here are two steps you can take:
- Contact a TDA representative either by waiting to see them in-game or by using the /mail command.
- Alert a Staff member you believe the notice is incorrect.
If all else fails, simply continue building. Plots are checked once more before removal to remove all doubt.
