Podesta Village
Nestled quietly in the embrace of a dense pine forest in Oldeshire, Podesta Village is a place where the boundary between human existence and nature's persistence blurs into melancholic harmony. With just four structures, this tiny village lies sandwiched between the Dark Isles to the north and the town of Brumley to the south.
The village seems to have succumbed to the relentless grasp of the encroaching wilderness. Amidst the towering pines, the resilient few who call Podesta Village home continue their agrarian way of life, tending to the land with a deep connection to their surroundings.
One building, however, tells a tale of time's inexorable march. A fourth structure, its roof surrendered to the elements, now cradles the very trees that once stood as witnesses to the village's quiet existence.
To the south, an imposing fortress tower, a creation of Chthonia, stands as a stark contrast to Podesta Village's modesty.
