Moria is an ancient mine of significant historical and cultural importance located in the northern region of Oldeshire. Known for its extensive underground realm, Moria was once the home to a community of dwarves renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship. This subterranean domain is characterized by its architectural and engineering marvels, which have endured through the ages.

The primary feature of Moria is its vast hall, supported by over 100 stone columns. These play a critical role in sustaining the structure of the surface above. The presence of these columns has made Moria a subject of study and fascination for historians, architects, and archaeologists.

Additionally, Moria houses a small forge area, which is believed to have been the heart of the dwarven community’s craftsmanship. Alongside the forge, there is an ancient burial site within Moria, adding a layer of historical and archaeological significance to the site.

Above ground, directly over Moria, lies the Fangorn Forest Reserve. This national protected wilderness area was established on January 11th, 2012, by Reddfighter. The reserve serves to protect the unique flora and fauna of the region, and it is a popular destination for nature enthusiasts and researchers.
