Helvetica, a splendid medieval-revival style town, graces the far southwestern edge of the Mainland Metropolitan area. Nestled amidst a backdrop of mystical SilkTouch to the south, New Haven and Lamename Village to the east, and the charming Downton to the southeast, Helvetica stands as a testament to the region's rich history and architectural prowess.

Foundation and Location

Founded by the visionary settler Konstiin, Helvetica stands upon the hallowed grounds of old Vartistia —an ancient town crafted by the legendary Shire Architect Shanevr722. Echoes of this bygone era still linger in the vicinity.

Established in the year 1780, Helvetica is a town steeped in tradition and excellence. It is proudly home to the illustrious King’s College, founded in 1789.

Architectural Grandeur and Banner

Partially encircled by protective walls, mainly on its south and east sides, Helvetica welcomes visitors with its magnificent shipping dock to the west. Anchored here is a majestic sailboat, a generous gift from the King of New Haven. Additionally, the town boasts the presence of the venerable HMCS Richibucto, a ship with a storied history now transformed into a captivating museum. Originally a corvette designed for evading blockades and pirates, the HMCS Richibucto now shares its tales with curious visitors.

Helvetica's defenses include five watchtowers, each bearing witness to the town's rich history. Among these, the iconic Hadrian's Tower crowns a steep hill, offering both protection and panoramic views.

The town proudly displays its distinctive banner— a bold white "plus" symbol, a stylized cross, set against a striking black field— a symbol of unity and heritage.
