Overview

The Founder Movement is a political ideology created by Nich Carsi, the former deputy Mayor of Lost under the administration of Lost Mayor Mech and since the Lost & Found Civil war, the Founders have since become a distinct ethnic and socio-economic group.

The establishment of the Founder cultural movement marked a significant departure from conventional Lostite governance paradigms, advocating for a more inclusive and egalitarian society. Embracing the principles of inclusivity and rejecting elitism, the Founders envisioned a community where every individual's voice held equal weight in shaping the city's destiny. At the heart of their philosophy lay a fervent belief in a free-market economy, viewing it as a catalyst for innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and individual empowerment.

The Founders rallied around the notion that a less hierarchical structure and a more decentralized approach to governance would foster greater opportunities for all residents. They championed policies that aimed to dismantle barriers to entry, promote fair competition, and encourage entrepreneurship. This cultural movement advocated for the removal of bureaucratic obstacles, allowing for a dynamic marketplace where creativity and enterprise thrived.

The city of Found after Lost & Found Civil war became a living testament to the Founder movement's ideals, embracing a vibrant economic landscape characterized by innovation, diversity, and a spirit of collaboration. The egalitarian ethos embedded the city's fabric fostered an environment where individuals from all walks of life could contribute, innovate, and prosper, shaping Found into a beacon of progress and opportunity within The Shire.
