Bloodmist owes its existence to the early Shire Lord Elathuria, and today, it remains one of the world's enduring settlements, steeped in history and enigma.

The village still wears its medieval walls proudly, testifying to the passage of centuries. Cobbled streets wind through the heart of Bloodmist, connecting its crimson-bricked rooftops.

Once perceived as remote and shrouded in the dangers of Mirkwood forest, Bloodmist has witnessed a transformation of the surrounding lands over the ages. Much of the surrounding lands are now occupied by new communities, and while these developments encircle Bloodmist, the village retains an insular essence. Its community, though bordered by progress, maintains a distinct character, preserving traditions that stretch across generations.

Bloodmist's architectural canvas boasts ~32 structures, each narrating a tale of its own. From single-family homes to revered institutions, every edifice harbors a hidden history.

Dominating the northeast corner is The Great Tree, a majestic oak veiled in mystique. The land surrounding it exudes perpetual cold, sparking speculation of magical powers vested in the ancient tree.

Bloodmist is renowned for its residents' unapologetic embrace of witchcraft.
