Aeolus Remnants

Aeolus Remnants is a small neighborhood in Metropolitan Oranjestad, directly south of Budapest and north of Aboite.

The area was once a village located on floating island in the so-called "Skylands" dimension, before mysteriously teleporting directly above Olde Orangetown in 1998. Within three years, it drifted over its present day location and slowly sunk to ground-level over several months in 2001.

While there is no official cause stated for the sudden teleportation of the town, most Oranjestad residents suspect experiments conducted by the Telephasic Workshop in the Oranje Cliffs tower as reason.

The remains of the skybridge that connected Oranjestad to Aeolus can still be seen on Tier 3, near Wagering Lights Elementary School. A small island is still floating in its original location, and has been dubbed 'Aeolus Park'.

The village itself is comprised of just nine homes, one watchtower, and the "Aeolus Temple", currently used as a non-denominational place of worship. Administratively, the adjacent Overtaker War Memorial also falls under the Aeolus Remnants neighborhood.
