Yetu is a desert settlement in southern Cactus County region. The settlement has a distinct mud-based architecture, including its central building which is surrounded by an octagonal fort. There is an Enpeecee-built desert pyramid

The formation of Yetu took inspiration from real life works. Its mud builds are possibly inspired by the real-life Great Mosque of Djenne in Mali. Yetu's in-game builder, _DESTRUCTOR_, stated that its name, along with Baba, are inspired by the Civilization IV theme song, "Baba Yetu".
