UBIA CASE-13 "Deserted Tanks" (Partially Solved)

Date of Completion: After 2017
History: Unknown. There seems to have been a battle here that ruined the town that was here once as indicated by the broken tanks lying around everywhere in this town. The skull of one of the crew members of a tank was found in said tank. Whatever battle took place here happened long ago in the lore of the area, as the tanks are old and abandoned.

Notes
- It's proximity to the neighboring town of Kabush which has a similar style to the ruins of Case 13 might indicate they have the same owner: _DESTRUCTOR_.
- Its usage of smooth sandstone blocks indicates it was built after Update Aquatic, so certainly after 2017. The fact that Kabush nearby also doesn't use any blocks from later updates might be a good indicator that "Deserted Tanks" and Kabush were built at the same time.
- After a more thorough investigation of the area, it seems "Deserted Tanks" is a part of Kabush and was also built by _DESTRUCTOR_. The lore of the area is likely intertwined.
