This is the Complete Monthly Report for October 2026, the first of its kind in a Karya Kelana administering body. Monthly Report duties have been delegated completely to the Division of Metasystems to ensure report centralization.

On October 2026, Karya Kelana Org. has completed 45% of the projects demanded by the Solemn Vow.

Work Systems Report
WORK TARGETS
- On tracked monthly vows:
- 300 tracked ideas and 90 tracked mini-experiments: DONE, with ....
- 1st pack of 6 tracked hours of creative work + a product/prototype for a scalable project: DONE, with 6 hours + a product: "Inner Resistance.."
- 2nd pack of 6 tracked hours of creative work + a product/prototype for a scalable project: DONE, with 6 hours + ADDED 4,75 hrs + a product: "Two Things.."

- On observations of work pivot: apparently pivots are not enough as it can be complicated due to, among other things, fluctuating desire for specific work types, lack of tracking need, fragility of work desire overall...
- There are several other work system experimentations done during this month. Including:
- Reformatting of work category time log from 1 category/30 minutes to 1 category/15 minutes
- Mapping of demotivation and burnout (for meditation exercise suggestions)
- Social candidness within KK Org.
- Unfiltering the amount of work experiments
WORK ANALYSIS
Surprisingly, there is no specific instance of a major burnout that needs a formal call to rests; sporadic burnout and rests are recorded, but only 2 sporadic days for each. Due to this, there is no significant obstacle in reaching our work targets.
The most promising work experiment is "unfiltering the amount of work experiments". Despite being merely performed in a day, it has created 16 recorded experiments on a single day (October 30), the most of any day in KK Org.'s experiment record.
FUTURE PLANS
We have enacted monthly target vows:
- 300 ideas and 90 exps (ignore "purity" of ideas/experiments)
- 3 days of 15-experiments' instances OR 1 day of 20-experiments' instances. A day may count up to 27 hours.
- 12 tracked hours of creative work.
Penalties are kept confidential and stored in the Ancestral Earth. However, the penalties can be nulled by any work leave-worthy sickness or common-sense force majeure (personal or societal) affecting 7 days/more in the month.
Outside of the monthly vow, we, the Division of Metasystems, hope to create more work experiments and continue to work on the project of "unfiltering the amount of work experiments"
