Governance of Karya Kelana
Karya Kelana is a settlement currently administered under Karya Kelana Organization since March 4, 2026, marked by the enactment of the Karya Kelana Solemn Vow. The Organization is a successor of the previous administering body, Karya Kelana Incorporated, whose period spans between May 26, 2025 and March 4, 2026. Despite the existence of an administering body and the settlement's independent status, Karya Kelana is not a sovereign state.
Karya Kelana Organization is currently divided to four divisions: The Division of Knowledge, The Division of Infrastructure, The Division of General Affairs, and The Division of Metasystems. The divisions have undergone several name changes. Since October 2026, the divisions built a culture of accountability by creating a monthly work log.

Division of Knowledge
The Division of Knowledge is a division responsible for knowledge affairs, including Shire Wiki writing, Karya Kelana Library, and knowledge-based campaigns. The division is the longest continuously existing division in the history of Karya Kelana governance. Since February 28, 2026, the division is led by João Te Ariki de Carvalho, K.G.M.

Division of Infrastructure
The Division of Infrastructure is a division responsible for, primarily, the development of infrastructure, both in Karya Kelana and for Kelanan projects outside of the settlement. It is also responsible for environmental management and cartography of Karya Kelana. Since March 14, 2026, the division is led by Siti Noraziza Shah.

Division of General Affairs
The Division of General Affairs is a division responsible for regulations, events, venues, relations and diplomacy, general correspondence, enterprises, tech support, and all affairs that are not yet categorized for other divisions. Since March 14, 2026, the division is led by Nicodeamus Sagala.
