Welcome to the Karya Kelana Divisions' Monthly Work Log! This log is managed by the Division of Metasystems, Karya Kelana Organization. This is based on the discussions around a very pivotal meeting on July 24, 2026, which built a collective understanding that divisions in the Organization are created to ensure accountability towards specific works. There is also a rising preference to keep the names short to make them more memorable and practical.
Currently, there are four divisions in the Karya Kelana Organization: Division of Knowledge, Division of Infrastructure, Division of General Affairs, and Division of Metasystems. Their scope of works are defined below:

Since October 2026, the divisions are strongly encouraged to register at least one work each month as a way to indicate the divisions' functionality. However, divisions can be exempted from this if a force majeure occurs and is sufficient to significantly halt operations.
To ensure division accountability, We created a table listing the status of monthly work for each division, based on accumulated work units (WU). The status will be divided into four: LL in green (#b7e1cd) for months with large-scale workload (at least 40 WU), ML in yellow (#fce8b2) for months with medium-scale workload (at least 15 WU), SL in red (#f4c7c3) for months with small-scale workload (at least 1 WU), empty white for no work at all, and empty black for periods when the division is non-existent.

The details of each divisions' work (as well as their previous forms) are listed below, by year and month. Abbreviations are used: (LW) for large work (25 WU each), (MW) for medium work (5 WU each), and (SW) for small work (1 WU each).

Division of Knowledge
Status: SL (Small-scale Workload). Categories: 1 x (MW), 1 x (SW) = 6 WU
- (MW) Co-wrote [Article 01] draft with Permata Kelana for its All-Nations Wiki Project
- (SW) Coordinated affairs around the discovery of the Monolith of the Philosopher, including Karya Kelana membership in the Society of Monolith Studies
Division of Infrastructure
Status: ML (Medium-scale Workload). Categories: 3 x (MW), 6 x (SW) = 21 WU
- (MW) Constructed Khalduni Ave. and its landscape
- (MW) Constructed the Museum of Kelanan Map History, as well as its first map
- (MW) Planted and landscaped trees for the peninsular waterway's riverside, north section
- (SW) Completed construction of Lagoon North Rd.
- (SW) Completed construction of Lagoon East Rd.
- (SW) Made a podium on the Philosopher's Hill
- (SW) Made the pelinggih padmasana shrine for KK's future Balinese temple
- (SW) Widened the road to Alpha Pyramid
- (SW) Contracted Zal Industries to flatten a mound

- (MW) Created and monitored the Karya Kelana Divisions' Monthly Work Log
- (SW) Released the Letters of Metasystems, pt 001: "In creativity, there are two things that are not your job" and submitted it to Warta Kelana
- (SW) Experimented with reformatting of work category time log from 1 category/30 minutes to 1 category/15 minutes
- (SW) Experimented with mapping of demotivation and burnout (for meditation exercise suggestions)
- (SW) Experimented with social candidness within KK Org.
