History

The CLS (AKA. The Forces of The CLS) is one of the largest mercenary military organizations on The Shire. While their exact origins are unknown, we do know for sure that they travelled to The Shire from the far away lands of Aeonia.

Very little is known about The CLS and their inner workings, since basically no information gets out of the organization.

Based on the information we can be sure of, we do know that the military was first formed in Aeonia by a few people. Their intentions for forming the military group are yet unknown although there are speculations about it. One of these theories is that the creation of the group resulted from simple competition between two compaines that went too far. Another theory claims that the CLS was initially created as a police force and later evolved into its own organization and detached from the government it was created by.

Regarding what the abbreviation "CLS" stands for, it seems like no one truly knows the answer.

The CLS today

As it currently stands the CLS will offer their services to any entity that is willing to pay enough. The group has access to the most advanced technologies and bears the best trained troops on The Shire.

The current clients of the CLS are unknown, since this is classified information, but we do know that they have an office in Terumbu Nagaram.
