Regulatory Announcement no. 2026/03/25/01: Incentivizing Projects within the Ancestral Earth through Warta Kelana

Karya Kelana Org. is obliged to incentivize, labor-wise and financial-wise, all projects done by Warta Kelana News Agency in the Ancestral Earth with few conditions:

1. Warta Kelana holds all the freedom in the creative direction of the incentivized projects;
2. Karya Kelana Org. may count the projects as worthy of fulfilling the Karya Kelana Org. Solemn Vow, due to its deliberate involvement;
3. Incentives are given pre-project, and can not be retrieved by Karya Kelana Org., and;
4. All risks of the projects shall be borne by Warta Kelana and not Karya Kelana Org.

The forms of incentives are unique to each project and can be done through non-formal discussions.

Regulatory Announcement no. 2026/06/12/01: Redefining the Division of Enterprise and Global Relations

The Division of Enterprise and Global Relations and its enterprise body, the Karya Kelana Org. Enterprises will be renamed under one name: Karya Kelana Global Enterprises, LLC.. Its status is redefined as a special division.

A special division is a division with special privileges: 1. It is not lead by Head of Divison, but a Director; 2. It may exercise self-creation and self-direction of programs separate from the derivatives of higher regulations and aspirations. However, these should not contradict each other.

Within this capacity, the Karya Kelana Global Enterprises, LLC. may act as a unified, legal company of its own.

The Shire-wide roles of the division outside of enterprise roles are handed over to the Division of General Affairs.

Regulatory Announcement no. 2026/07/01/01: Kelanan Diaspora Manifesto

Karya Kelana Organization announces a Diaspora Manifesto as the spirit of Kelanan exploration. While its substance is not legally binding, it can be used as a consideration for Kelanan law outside of The Shire.

There is always something out there.

We Kelanans, an aspiring multiversal community, hail from the lands of Karya Kelana, in a world distant from yours. And when we set our feet in your lands, we bring a set of beliefs:

1. That possibilities are unlimited;
2. That we would like to connect many things; and
3. That there must be gaps in the existing connections of your world that we can fill.

We look at your civilizations and see vast possibilities between the corners of your cities and lore. We have created libraries, books, campaigns, all in the name of connecting stories within one’s world. We hope that our efforts to connect your stories and fill their gaps will give way to emergence: of new stories, new roles, even new civilizations and, overall, new greatness within your world. Yet we wish not to dominate your world, but rather, to enrich it.

In enriching your world with connections, we do not have firm objectives. We try to distance ourselves from those; even if we eventually have objectives, they are a means to more possibilities rather than mere ends.

We strongly believe in this quote by Stanley and Lehman, taken from “Why Greatness Cannot be Planned” (2015):
“…..objectives actually become obstacles towards more exciting achievements, like those involving discovery, creativity, invention, or innovation—or even achieving true happiness …… if the paradox is really true then the best way to achieve greatness, the truest path to “blue sky” discovery or to fulfill boundless ambition, is to have no objective at all.”

An eagle’s eyes can merely attest to the sublime horizons of the sky.

Instead, in their yearning for the sublime: to the unknown, humans fly.
