A 2016 Dogforcecon record mentioned Cactus County's transition to a federation consisted of two provinces: Cactus Province (possibly the central province) and Federaland (consisted of later-made boroughs). However, a later record showed Dogforcecon's concern of Cactus County becoming too large.
