| Keitopia is located in a savanna island northeast of the [[Malesius]] subcontinent; the [[Cactus County]] Region is located north of the town. Keitopia is maritimely adjacent to other towns: [[Palustris]] is situated northeast, [[Willem Stad]] is located south, and [[Saltworth]] is to the northwest.

| There are seven empty office and apartment buildings in the town; most of those are high-rises. The tallest of the buildings is 85 blocks high and has 14 levels. Two vacant shops are also present in the town. A retaining wall is placed on the town's northeast; it is 16 blocks high and features a dead-end tunnel. Colorful banners hanged on iron bars are visible around Keitopia. The town is adjacent to a railway line collectively used for [[Empire Line]] and [[East Shire Transit]], but has no train station.
