Foxy is the founder of Fox """Valley""" and he created the coolest (least bad) theater on the Shire (not biased). No one knows what Foxy was thinking when he founded Fox Valley in an area known to be prone to experiencing eathquakes often, but maybe it was an artistic choice.

He claims to have "joined shire like 2 times before" and that he is "also cool idk". No one may know for sure whether these claims are factual.

Lore

Foxytisy was born in the year of -42 in a family of foxes. He was quickly separated from his family and was later brought up by rats. Foxy is known to lurk in shadows and follow people at night, this can be attributed to his past rat life. We currently have no information about what he was up to between these times and the founding of Fox Valley, but our researchers are always working to find out more.
