Monthly Work Systems Report: Aug 2026 Recap

WORK TARGETS
There are two targets need fulfilled in August:

300 tracked ideas and 90 tracked mini-experiments
Done (V) 418 ideas and 90 mini-experiments
Ideas include tracked questions to trigger creativity

6 tracked hours of works toward completing the Vow and 3 units of any of these: 1 product/prototype for Vow completion and/or 2 Cactus County Wiki Expedition articles
Done (V) 6 tracked hours and 4 units:

1. 2 wiki articles (https://wiki.shirecraft.us/index.php?title=Cactus_County_(state) and https://wiki.shirecraft.us/index.php?title=Pryzm_Sanctuary), credited to the Division of Innovation and Knowledge
2. The Mizuhama Kelana Library (in *[other server redacted]*), credited to the Permata Kelana Expedition with the assistance of KK Org.'s Division of General Affairs
3. Cemetery of the Loreful (in *[other server redacted]*), credited to the Permata Kelana Expedition with the assistance of KK Org.'s Division of General Affairs

WORK ANALYSIS
Despite all targets fulfilled, there are some problems, in order:

Collective Burnout
Each target contributes to the burnout, but especially the mini-experiments' target. We suspect that the problem is not so much on rest (which was given adequately), but on the disconnection with meaning and greater purpose. However, the mismatch of rest might also play a part.

Inadequate Solemn Vow Progress
August merely brought 4.4% of Solemn Vow progress (lower than the standard 8.33%), which is a concern in itself. And before the target gets fulfilled, the people are having a burnout. Eventually we have to understand that by-target fulfillment, if forced, would be counterproductive, and that most of its progress comes from the lucky streak of a sizable project getting a review that it is beneficial.

FUTURE ACTIONS
In the moment, we would not force work targets for September (this may change). If willing, Kelanans can abandon the "6 tracked hours of works toward making a scalable project" vow target and opt for paying penalties in the Ancestral World instead.

What we suggest Kelanans to do, and especially the Work Systems Laboratory Division (as well as volunteers external to the division) should do, is to make a form of research on burnout, appropriate rest, and greater purpose.

This is not a vow, but please report on this by the next Monthly Work System Report.

On August 2026, Karya Kelana Org. has completed 40.6% of the projects demanded by the Solemn Vow.

Details:

1. 3 projects of benefit (66%): 1 completed = 22%
2. 10 more articles for & around Cactus County (22%): 3 completed = 6.6%
3. 2 buildings for Warta Kelana and Workers' Union (12%): 2 completed = 12%
