This is the Complete Monthly Report for October 2026, the first of its kind in a Karya Kelana administering body. Monthly Report duties have been delegated completely to the Division of Metasystems to ensure report centralization.

Solemn Vow Report

On October 2026, Karya Kelana Org. has completed 45% of the projects demanded by the Solemn Vow, a 4.4% increase from last month.

Details:

1. 3 projects of benefit (66%): 1 completed = 22%
2. 10 more articles for & around Cactus County (22%): 5 completed = 11%
3. 2 buildings for Warta Kelana and Workers' Union (12%): 2 completed = 12%

Work Systems Report

WORK TARGETS

• On tracked monthly vows:
  • 300 tracked ideas and 90 tracked mini-experiments: DONE, with ....
  • 1st pack of 6 tracked hours of creative work + a product/prototype for a scalable project: DONE, with 6 hours + a product: "Inner Resistance.."
  • 2nd pack of 6 tracked hours of creative work + a product/prototype for a scalable project: DONE, with 6 hours + ADDED 4,75 hrs + a product: "Two Things.."
• On Solemn Vow targets:
  • The Cactus County Wiki Expedition has added two more articles: Governance of Karya Kelana and Rykdwyn.
  • Three potential programs to fulfill the "three sizable projects with recorded benefit to others" clause has been opened or reopened: the ORIGINS campaign, the All-Shire Wiki Wanderings, and the All-Nations Wiki Program (of Permata Kelana Expedition).
• On observations of work pivot: apparently pivots are not enough as it can be complicated due to, among other things, fluctuating desire for specific work types, lack of tracking need, and overall fragility of work desire.
• There are several other work system experimentations done during this month. Including:
  • Reformatting of work category time log from 1 category/30 minutes to 1 category/15 minutes
  • Mapping of demotivation and burnout (for meditation exercise suggestions)
  • Social candidness within KK Org.
  • Unfiltering the amount of work experiments

WORK ANALYSIS

Surprisingly, there is no specific instance of a major burnout that needs a formal call to rests; sporadic burnout and rests are recorded, but only 2 sporadic days for each. Due to this, there is no significant obstacle in reaching our work targets.

The most promising work experiment is "unfiltering the amount of work experiments". Despite being merely performed in a day, it has created 22 recorded experiments on a single day (October 30), the most of any day in KK Org.'s experiment record.

FUTURE PLANS

We have enacted monthly target vows:

1. 300 ideas and 90 exps (ignore "purity" of ideas/experiments)
2. 3 days of 15-experiments' instances OR 1 day of 20-experiments' instances.
   A day may count up to 27 hours.
3. 12 tracked hours of creative work.

Penalties are kept confidential and stored in the Ancestral Earth. However, the penalties can be nulled by any work leave-worthy sickness or common-sense force majeure (personal or societal) affecting 7 days/more in the month.

Outside of the monthly vow, we, the Division of Metasystems, hope to create more work experiments and continue to work on the project of "unfiltering the amount of work experiments".

We also shifted our priorities from scalable work to Solemn Vow-related work.

The Division of Metasystems has launched the Monthly Work Log system, and here are the assessment of each division along with their major projects.

• The work of The Division of Knowledge is rated Small-Scale Workload (SL) with 14 Work Units. Among its major projects are:
  • Co-wrote [Article 01] draft with Permata Kelana Exp. for its All-Nations Wiki Project
  • Wrote the Governance of Karya Kelana wiki article
• The work of The Division of Infrastructure is rated Medium-Scale Workload (ML) with 22 Work Units. Among its major projects are:
  • Constructed Khalduni Ave. and its landscape
  • Constructed the Museum of Kelanan Map History, as well as its first map
  • Planted and landscaped trees for the peninsular waterway's riverside, north section
• The work of The Division of General Affairs is rated Medium-Scale Workload (ML) with 25 Work Units. Among its major projects are:
  • Drafted Regulatory Announcement no. 2026/10/07/01: Recipients of Kelana Order of Great Merit and Kelana Order of Great Service, October 7, 2026, including the graphic design of the Kelana Orders certificate
  • Drafted Regulatory Announcement no. 2026/10/12/01: Nomenclature and Structural Changes
  • Compiled Regulatory Announcements full list to User:Dh28551/KKArch/Law along with the copying of 9 Regulatory Announcements to the User:Dh28551/KKArch/Law-2026 archive
  • Supported the Permata Kelana Exp. Conference of Discovery
