Monthly Work Systems Report: Sep 2026 Recap
WORK TARGETS
There is one work target demanded in September:
6 tracked hours of works toward making a scalable project, as well as a product/prototype, and a report with at least one full page describing actions on the project
Done (V) 6 tracked hours, 2 product/prototype, 1 full-page report.
Products are: a Substack/Medium article about creative resistance and an Instagram post showcasing stations.
The finished report is undisclosed to the public.
WORK ANALYSIS
Despite target fulfillment, our progress for solemn vow has not increased from August. This should have been a concern, except there was a *force majeure* in the form of a disease epidemic across southern part of the Cactus County region, which affected Karya Kelana around September 8th-17th. This resulted in less time to be allocated to other projects such as Cactus County Wiki Expedition.
However, despite the health crisis, as well as apparent burnout at the end of August, we managed to finish the "6 tracked hours of works toward making a scalable project" vow target. This is thanks to creative optimism among Kelanans stemming from several factors:
- Monthly idea and experiment streaks in the last 4 months (June-September)
- Sustained habit of strolling around on foot
- Widespread interest on books regarding greater purpose and daily rituals
FUTURE ACTIONS
To return to normalcy, we have enacted monthly target vows:
- 300 tracked ideas and 90 tracked mini-experiments
- 1st pack of 6 tracked hours of creative work + a product/prototype for a scalable project
- 2nd pack of 6 tracked hours of creative work + a product/prototype for a scalable project
We would also like to observe ways to shift/pivot creative works in a sustainable way. Since the Kelanan populace tend to be less productive when merely given a single job, we decided that it might be better to build a sustainable system of work pivots. However, this is not a target and thus allowed to be unobserved if circumstances do not accommodate it.
